Welcome back everyone to the damage for down John at Aurora.

It is Wednesday and thus JR Wednesday on Wednesdays we wear pink.

Some of us do I guess I'm going more monochromatic but anyway lots going on in the news.

We're going to have a couple different guests joining us one a little bit later on the shows

we're breaking down Joe Walsh the primary opponent to Donald Trump who totally does not have any of his own problems

that we should be worried about. We're going to be talking about the AFT's quest to get a Walmart to stop

selling guns until the requirements for purchasing a firearm are raised in this country.

We've got voting machines changing votes. We've got the electoral cards. We've got P Davidson losing his mind.

We've got a lot. Okay. And so too much to wait. Why don't we just launch into it with update on

the wall? The border crisis. What is Donald Trump doing there and what does he want

us to board and it's to do? Okay.

Donald Trump really, really wants a wall before the 2020 re-election. He loves to say promises made

promises kept. But I think he gets that his voters get that this is one of the big promises that he

has not kept. And so he's apparently prioritizing it in an even dangerous way I would say.

He's told senior aides that a failure to deliver on the signature promise of his 2016 campaign

would be a let down to his supporters at an embarrassing defeat with the election 14 months away.

In hundreds of miles of Fencing Plains still in blueprint form, he's held regular White House

meetings for progress updates and a haste in the pace according to several people involved in

the discussions. But the thing is in those meetings he's apparently telling his aides to do things

that in their view and in the view of the law are illegal. They've when aides suggest that some of

the orders are illegal or unworkable. He suggested he would pardon the officials if they would just go

ahead. That's according to the aides. He's waved off worries about contracting procedures and the
