For all the leaders listening who are longing but haven't seen it,

where is a good place to begin posturing yourself, preparing?

I was saying three, four things have been very effective for me.

Number one, the biggest, best, personality-driven mega ministries

resulted in the largest decline in our generation.

I'm not putting those things down. I'm saying we just relied on gifting or the flesh or systems
