If I call a company and I don't get somebody live, that to me is like strike one.

But strike two is if I speak to somebody, the experience needs to be a wow.

Like if they are super friendly, it makes that business stand out in a real big way.

And so this is where for us, it came down to,

if we miss one time, that can be tens of thousands of dollars that we can lose out on. And so

not only that, it wrecks our brand as well.
