Everyone from the outside is looking, thinking like you've got it all together, it's all perfect,

and you're just kind of dying inside.

Right, like, this is, I'm spending, I wanted to get into this to make coffee and I'm looking all day, every day at P&Ls and legal statements and it's just, we're doing all these things and none of them are checking

the box, we're achieving these milestones and they don't really seem to matter.

Then, you know, heaven forbid forbid but then some stuff starts to go wrong right this the

white water kicks in with a complexity the organization starts causing people to have

problems our leaders aren't keeping up the organization. We don't or time in the day to go and fight all the fires anymore.

So not only are we being disappointed by how it feels to lead this organization,

we feel totally out of control and unable to keep it going.
