I know too many senior leaders who would say,

well, we'll give them a seat at the table, but not a voice and not a vote.

How would you respond to that?

That's not a seat at the table.

No. That's a high chair off to the side if we're going to go with that's a high chair off to the

side if we're going to go with that fan civilization metaphor that's not a seat at the table. I mean I part of what we see across the board in

effective youth ministry these days Carrie is it's youth ministries who are saying we're not doing ministry for or two young people, but it's ministry with and by young people.

Like we need different prepositions.

It's not four and two.

It's with and by young people.
