0:11.2	And really what I'm zeroing in on especially in the last year or two I wrote a
0:15.0	post for my subset called religion as a luxury good which which went viral
0:21.3	quote-unquote whatever that means like not like millions of
0:24.2	clicks but you know a lot of clicks for me and so I make this argument that religion
0:29.3	has become part and parcel of people who have done everything right quote unquote and what I mean by that is
0:35.9	college education middle-class income married with children if you check those four
0:42.3	boxes also called the Golden Path that's what a lot of
0:44.5	conservative economists call that the Golden Path. If you meet those criteria, your
0:48.8	chance of having good income, good outcomes is much higher. You're much more likely to go to church. This is what people don't
0:55.1	understand is like the more education you have the more likely you are to go to
0:59.6	church the more the the ideal combination of income and education are a college degree, four-year college degree,
1:07.0	making between $60,000 and $100,000 a year.
1:09.8	So for me, what we're seeing to me is theves and the have-nots are growing larger and larger every year.
1:16.0	I think this is a serious problem both pastorally, but also from a social science perspective.
