and it kind of blew up one part of the internet like if you're in certain tribes what he said.

So I know a lot of you are church leaders who are

listening and that's certainly Francis's background but even if you're a

business leader this is a fascinating conversation on what happens when a

small thing you said gets blown up on the internet.

It's also kind of a master class on how to be human in your responses.

Because Francis is incredibly vulnerable vulnerable which should be no surprise to anybody

But he really kind of lets us in and goes you know guys I'm a real person. Okay and and like when when I this stuff, like it actually has an impact and I think this is a pretty

helpful conversation to kick off 2020. So I think you're gonna love it
