And now your host, Carrie Newhoff. Well, hey everybody, and welcome to episode 293 of the podcast. My name is Carrie Newhoff. Well, hey everybody and welcome to episode 293 of the podcast. My name is

0:24.4

Kerry Newhoff and I hope our time together today helps you lead like never before. Hey, we got a brand

0:29.0

new feature on the podcast. If you listen to the very end, which I hope you do, I will be taking

0:33.7

a listener question every single week for a new segment we're calling Ask

1:28.6

experience with the Atlanta Braves and then with Chick-fil-A and then the last few years as a

1:33.9

pastor. And he's got a brand new book out today called Four. And this is Jeff's premise.

1:39.1

1:51.3

customer service in a brand new way. And I really think I had the privilege of endorsing this book

1:56.3

that Jeff is pointing us toward the future of business and the future of how we communicate to a community.
