I have been looking forward to this episode

for a long, long time and even more so after I was in

Atlanta at rethink leadership. I know hundreds of you were there there many

Today I sit down with the founder and former president of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Chain and I just have grown to really love and appreciate

Horscholtsy. So he was a keynote speaker at Rethink Leadership. We've done that event for four years.

First keynote speaker to ever get a standing ovation.

Yeah, it was crazy.

He did a fantastic talk for 30 minutes.

Then I interviewed him for about another 30 minutes and when the interview was over everybody just like rose to their feet to cheer
