And today I get to sit down with Carly Fiorina and she I'm sure many of you have heard of her a few years ago

She ran for president of the United States the first woman to ever seek the Republican denomination and

whatever your political stripe, I promise you there is a lot in today's episode.

She is also the former CEO of Hewlett Packard, H.P. She was the first female CEO of a Fortune 20 company and literally I mean I've read about her kind of all of my adult life and it was a

thrill to be able to sit down with her she has so many principles and we go all

the way back to when she was a secretary in a nine-member real estate firm.

And what she learned there on the job, so if you're a young leader, I think you're really

going to love this.

And then obviously we talk about all the complexities of

leading HP and running for president it's a it's a fascinating conversation and

today she's got a brand new book out on leadership called Find Your
