Well, we are a week outside of the launch of my brand new book,

didn't see it coming.

Thank you so much for such a generous response and you know what my favorite part is?

My favorite part is reading the reviews and just getting messages. We've had hundreds of them from people who have read the book. Either they pre-read early copies or

they're reading the initial copies of the book as they get distributed. And you

guys are letting me know that this is making a huge difference in your life. And I just want to say thank you.

Some of you said, you know, you cried almost all the way through it.

Good tears, tears where you kind of realize, wow,

I'm more cynical than I thought, but I don't need to stay cynical others it's

helping you get through burnout it's helping you battle down insecurity and

pride it's helping you reconnect to the people that you love and that's sort of the goal right I want you

guys to thrive in life and leadership and so the book is really personal the most

personal of all the books that I've written but it's also I hope helpful and I hope it feels like hope to you I also

hope it's a kind of book that and we're seeing this now like I got messages this

morning as I'm recording this from people saying hey hey, I ordered 10 more copies, I ordered 20 more copies.
