My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope her time together today helps you lead like never before.

I had a fascinating conversation with today's guest. His name is Tim Elmore and I've known Tim for a

number of years we get into it a little bit. He is actually the guy that

introduced me to Reggie Joyner who introduced me to Andy Stanley and I mean it's one of those relationships

where man God's just used it to open so many doors and that goes back to

meeting Tim for the first time about 14 years ago and he has an incredible ministry to church leaders, to schools and also to businesses talking about the next generation and he's just passionate about it but he's also got incredible

insights I mean when you're listening to this I think for those of you who are

parents you're going to have your parent hat on but you're also going to have your

boss hat on and let's be honest you know what you're going to have your you hat on like this is about you because anxiety and stress and just some of the challenges of life today are often getting the most of the best of us and

certainly the next generation.

And so Tim and I are going to talk about anxiety and young leaders and overcoming the

battles we all face in a really stressed world.
