Cheryl Batchelder had a really difficult situation on her hands about 10 years ago.

In 2007, she became the CEO of Pop Eyes Louisiana Kitchen and it was a tough

situation they had struggled for a long time they were kind of stuck they were

not nearly at the top of their industry and in the decade that she

served as a CEO, oh my goodness, were there ever changes that she brought about. The improvement of restaurant performance led franchisees to like

remodel the entire system and what they saw was they grew in market cap from

less than 300 million to over 1.3 billion. Their revenues grew to 3.1 billion a year by the end of 2015.

They had grown to over 60,000 employees in the United States, three territories, and
