Well, today's guest is somebody a lot of you know he's been on this show before a couple of times.

Plus he does an awful lot for leaders over at unseeminary.com.

It's my friend rich birch he's back and he's got some new principles

that he's isolated after interviewing over 200 leaders of

America and Canada's fastest growing churches.

And Rich has isolated the principles, he's got a new book, we kind of pick his brain on it, I think you're going to love it.

So, and it was one of those fun episodes where we could actually do it in person in here in the studio, which is also known as my basement so anyway that was an awful lot of fun to have rich on the show I think you're gonna love the episode and a couple things I want to tell you about. First of all, I love online courses, as you know.

I've got a couple myself, and Scott Magdalene

is really pioneering online training for churches.

And so you might actually have some questions like how does this actually work and does anybody use it?

What are some pro tips? So I asked Scott I said give me your tips. What what is working well when it comes to training your volunteers online?

Well, a couple of really quick tips, and this is some of the stuff I've gleaned from my time in

online learning so trained up is at my own my first online training gig I spent a

couple of years at Treehouse which is an online learning company that's helped

hundreds of thousands of students learn things

like website coding and online design.
