My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time together today

helps you lead like never before.

Woo-hoo, I feel all grown up, like 150 episodes.

How cool is that? Can you believe this started like

almost three years ago? It'll be three years ago in September that we started this

podcast. It's been an incredible journey. This is this is not to you guys like 4 million downloads like you guys have been

unbelievable and when we hit 5 million which I think maybe could happen before

Christmas we're gonna throw a big party and you guys are going to be the winners in that but I just want to say thank you for that

Thank you for letting friends know about this thanks for being just such constant encouragers in all of this and you know the goal

is it's a pretty eclectic mix of just leaders and thinkers and influencers who I

think have insight to church leadership I've been doing this for 22 years and I know

I'm growing from a whole variety of sources and I really really hope that this little

infusion in your inbox every Tuesday is helping you move the needle on the most important

mission in the world. That's what I really believe the mission of the church is.

It is the biggest and the best mission in the world.

And 150 episodes in, you know, it's kind of nice to see like a secret hope or a dream come alive

because my dream was to be able to take some of the backroom conversations I was having when I was speaking in places

and then just let everybody hear them and I kind of feel like that's what's happened with this
