Number one, the internet brought us today's guest. I was watching a

video with a guy that I've been following for a few years, his name is Ramit

Sethi, and he's written a bunch of stuff, but I think he's honestly I subscribe to his emails just to see how he writes he is that good and he's a great interviewer to know

knows all kinds of people in the online world and I'm watching one of Rameets videos and he's

interviewing this guy named Andrew Mellon all about organization and Andrew

says something that just like blows my mind and so literally sitting there at lunch watching this video I reach out to him on

Twitter he answers back and the next thing you know I have a podcast guest and it's all about

Leadership and clutter and how organization impacts a leadership.

So as a guy who's a little bit OCD,

I am just fascinated by this, so I think you are going to love this episode

or maybe you'll have a different reaction to it.

But Andrew is actually very sensical about how he handles this.

And I mean, organization and tidying up is a big subject these days and yeah
