My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time together today

Man, I don't know whether you struggle from disappointment,

but I would say when I look back over two decades of

leadership I would have to say God has been so faithful and yet sometimes I feel

like it's never enough and if you've ever felt like in your life or in your

leadership or in your church or business or whatever that is just never enough it's never good enough

You're gonna love today's episode because my guest is somebody named Christine Hasler and she is actually an internationally known speaker

and she's going to talk to us about why highly driven people struggle so much

with disappointment. I think you're going to find it to be

fantastic, it's going to be a gift, and I really enjoyed my conversation with her

as well. Also there's a fun moment, I mean she's not specifically part of a church right now, but this is really, really cool because I hope this will encourage you.

Very spontaneously, she considers herself a very spiritual person, but we get into a conversation about when she was in

college she ended up going to this church and obviously when you hear that part of

the interview it's a very well-known church I think most of you will know it but it's really cool to see how you know

ministries that we take for granted and that we appreciate and that we invest in

and up really impacting people along the way so that's a really cool part of the conversation.
