Well, hey everybody and welcome to episode 112 of the podcast.

My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time together today helps you lead like never before.

Well, if you're a regular listener of the podcast, you know that every once in a while I read a book and it amazes me and I try to hunt down the author and that's exactly what happened with our guest today.

His name is Les McEwen and he's actually a business

strategist who also spends a little bit of time in the church space but I was

reading a book that and I'll tell the story later that was recommended to me by

a friend for years that was always on my yeah I got to read that

book thing while I read it and it melted my mind so it's called

predictable success he's written more than that he's written the

synergist and other books as well but Les McEwen has

started over 40 businesses and began to see patterns and he talks about those

patterns when I was reading through this book I'm like well that's not just like

businesses that's not just like businesses. That's church. That's your church. That's my church. And so he's going to be extremely generous by sharing his framework what he's learned and I don't think it's going to

take you very long to find yourself in the picture in fact you might do what I

did which is to share this with a number of friends and tell them about it because when you see

yourself in the mirror you kind of go, oh that's what I'm struggling with. So anyway, hey,
