I wonder if we could kick off this whole conversation

with a little bit about you and your background.

I remember talking to you for the first time

way back when you were still at PNC,

so take us through your career

and what's gotten you to hear at this point right now at Glenview?

Well, it's kind of crazy. I grew up in Ohio to parents who are both, are both very smart

and educated, but literally did nothing with stocks and the stock market.
