Doing wonderful John yeah you know after coming on and discussing all manner of you know relatively pat and buy the numbers

You know you drove matches and whatnot I thought you know I've just been taken it easy and I need to throw myself into the just the mock ten experience

That is taking notes about and then discussing a breakneck episode of Rewind the Dynamite

Now John I know you know this is a jam packed show that we have to work with

But as a couple of people have pointed out the last couple of times that I've been on Rewind the Dynamite

I've been kind of derelict in my filling in for way duties

That my four year old son passed on to me last weekend so I'm kind of getting over that
