Welcome to the Real Estate Guys radio program. I'm your host, Robert Helms, with me as usual, co-host,

financial strategist Russell Gregg. Hey, Robert. I know you love to read the news. I do. And you

stockpile these articles, and there's so much going on and every few weeks we like

to take a look at what's happening and today we've got a whole bunch of them for you.

I feel like I'm an ocean biologist, you know, your investments are floating in this economic

sea that's really swimming with all kinds of activity.

There's winds blowing across the surface, there's big, strong undercurrents going on.
