Well, that standard regulation, wisdom tree ringing the closing belt the New York Stock Exchange,

sharp-length gaming doing the honors of the NASDAQ. Stock's ending the day lower. As the president

announces a new round of tariffs, including on Japan and Korea, the Dow and S&P both posting their

worst days since mid-June. The Russell 2000 was the biggest loser. The consumer discretionary

and energy were your laggards. Utilities was the only

sector in the S&P in the green. Discretionary was led lower by Tesla and by Lulu Lemon. Treasury yields

rising across the board, particularly into the afternoon, the 10-year at two-week highs,

the 30-year up to 4.92%. Oil shrugging off the impact of OPEC plus hiking output

more than expected for August. WTI closing at the highest level

since June 23rd.

And that is the scorecar on Wall Street, but winter stay late.
