This maker break out begins with, of course, the markets. The major averages rising today on hopes the war in the Middle East won't last as long as feared.

Still waiting and wondering what the future of talks between the U.S. and Iran truly is. But for now, cautious optimism prevails.

tell us? Well, Scott, the very latest is just seconds ago. We see new

headlines now crossing the wires from Iran's foreign minister making some very bellicose statements.

Those appear to be moving the oil markets as we speak. Let me give you some of the headlines

here from the Iranian foreign ministers saying the U.S. has, quote, failed in its war goals,

including quick victory and change of regime.

The foreign minister is saying, my message to neighboring countries is distance yourself from the U.S.

And also saying that Tehran has showed the world that no country can threaten its security,

says there are no talks with the United States, and also says that Iran is not seeking a war once a permanent

end to the conflict. So that last point, you could read a little bit as suggesting that maybe

there is a room for negotiations here, even as the Iranian foreign minister is suggesting there
