We're going to see the defense saying there's no evidence that she intended to kill

Dame Arkell.

There's no evidence that she helped plan the first degree murder.

And I think we'll see the defense really focusing on first degree murder.

We heard them at the charging conference talk about the jury instructions yesterday. And so they were going

over all of the different jury instructions for the three charges and any lesser included.

Murder in the first degree. Conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree. Solicitation. So

somebody else will commit that murder in the first degree. We're going to go to court this morning, see what they put on the record.

The court has allowed each side two hours.
