Breaking news. Within the past 10 minutes, a judge handed down the sentences for reality

Right, and probably the most eye-opening portion of the sentencing was the comments by

the judge. Now, during her ruling, she told the Chrisley that they never admitted guilt

or showed any remorse. Now, I just want to point out that exit door that you see here

behind me. This is the underground exit door to the federal courthouse here. This is where

we are expecting to hear from the government and the defense in this case. Now, first,

this is how the sentences break down. Todd Chrisley, who was found guilty on tax evasion

and bank fraud charges this summer, was sentenced to 12 years in prison. As for his wife, Julie

Chrisley, her defense lawyers asked the judge to stagger her sentence because the Chrisley's

had a two-foot banner.
