What are your thoughts on no fat, fat, testosterone, whacking it for an association to like gains and testosterone and all

that stuff. What do you think of fat versus no fat and all that?

From what I've seen from the direct literature, the cessation of ejaculation for some period of time tends to cause almost no difference in testosterone.

And then maybe there's a little bit of literature suggests that after five days or so, you get like a very small bump that's transient.

I'm not entirely sure if that's substantiated enough by multiple lines of research to really

say that's a real thing.

But it's definitely, seems unlikely that the cessation of fapping, lack of a better term is going to boost your

There are caveats to that.
