That means we technically are in a correction, territory heading into a crash.

If private equity is not spending as much money, if quantitative easing, and the Federal Reserve says that I'm not buying any bonds anymore, the bonds have to actually provide some damn value.

What does that tell you?

We may go through a two-year period where we're in the bear market.

For those of you who have houses and you're like, hey, what do I do with the information? If you have a house that you like and you want in a good deal, if you're going to hold for a 10 to 30-year period, it matters not.

For those in a real estate, if we are for standard deviations outside of the range of which we should be, we are going to come down to a normal area.
