Summary

The Cleveland Browns have finally made the decision to make a change at quarterback and they will be starting rookie Dillon Gabriel, but this should have been the time to go to Shedeur Sanders. Sanders has not been given a fair shot to develop, but hopefully this is a step in the right direction to get their best quarterback on the field by season's end. Playing the Minnesota Vikings on the road, overseas, is not an easy first opportunity. Thursday Night Football stays out west with Matthew Stafford's Los Angeles Rams and the banged up San Francisco 49ers. Stafford is hot right now and with the pass rush issues on the SF side, things could get ugly. Finally, one of the best games of the week features two reclamation projects at quarterback with Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers against Sam Darnold's Seattle Seahawks. Who will be the next Darnold or Mayfield though?
