We live in confusing and deceptive times.

Today we're going to episode here in season four.

We're excited to bring it to you. And we're going to talk today about something that is really on everybody's minds

and on everybody's hearts uh no matter what aspect of society or or what anything that's been

going on from things with the coronavirus to political situations to whether it's in israel or

america or uh just political deception or on so many levels,

there just seems to be deception that's like no other time in history. So we're going to

talk about that today. Jeff, have you noticed anything a little bit deceptive the past year or two?

Well, deception is worldwide. It's global. And it's even infiltrating the church right now.

And it's one of the things that's important for us to address because the nature of deception

is that when you're deceived, you don't know you're deceived. That's the whole point about deception.

Right. And so when people are under this deception that's in the world today, especially concerning Bible prophecy, it's important that you sort of break through.

It's almost like people are sleepwalking and you have to sort of wake them up to get them back to the real world.

So the Bible says a lot about deception and there's a lot going on.

In fact, Jesus said that when he first began to talk to his disciples

about the end times, the very first thing he said was, see to it that no one misleads you.

For many false Christ and false teachers will arise. That's in Matthew 24, 4 and 5. And so Christ really gave us a heads up on this thing. He gave us a warning that in the end times it would be a lot of

confusion. And think about it, Todd, that the nature of the end times with everything that will go on

and the things that are happening right now ramping up to the end times, it really does create a lot of

confusion, doesn't it? Yeah, it really does. And like no other time in my lifetime, and I don't want to stretch too far, but it almost seems like no other time in history, like you said, because of the

scope of it, there's just deception worldwide. And I think the closer we get to the return of

the Lord, we'll see this merge of spiritual warfare and end times events happening all, you know,
