Well, hello everybody. I'm back on this Monday morning.

With a repeat guest, his name is Evan Hafer.

And if you are a listener to the podcast, a few months ago,

I sat down with him and John Dudley in, where were we?

We were in Texas, just outside of San Antonio.

And we talked about a variety of things. We had a jolly old time.

And I loved the conversation. And then after we were done, I realized

that there were a few things that I would have liked to focus on, specifically his experience in business.

When it comes to creating or founding first, creating and then building,

and managing the growth of black rifle coffee.

So my guest today is Evan Hafer.

Obviously he is the founder of Black Rifle Coffee, which in and of itself I consider to be an awesome organization.

But it's filled with some incredible individuals, and they have relationships with some pretty amazing individuals and brands.

Evan, though, long before founding Black Rifle Coffee was a, he describes it as a coffee head.

I'm not sure exactly what you have to do to become a coffee head.

I don't think I'm a coffee head because I drink it in a variety of forms, purely for effect.

And I don't have a discriminating palate. I'll drink cold coffee, hot coffee, everywhere in between.

I just wanted to help me wake up. And that's about it for me.

Evan on the other hand, no, this dude is, if I would imagine it is house or somewhere in his workshop,

it looks like a perfect mind with ropes and schematics and string leading to stuff.
