My name is Amelia and two years in April.

I have learned so much here.

I've learned managing skills.

I've learned video uploading, video editing.

I've learned all kinds of people's skills and way more than I can even think I'm right now.

I think the most rewarding aspect has been getting to work with this team of people

because everybody's super encouraging, uplifting,

and everybody's willing to help you out anytime you need help.

I have been an assistant manager, a manager,

I've written SEO content, I've been super manager,

HR director, video uploader, video editor,

call center representative. I'm probably missing quite a few.

My main title would be manager. It's one of my favorites. I love getting to work with people.

Manager and HR director would be my main title. I got to learn a lot about business consulting here,

which you are supposed to learn in college,

but unfortunately you don't.

So I got to see real business owners,

how they run their business, and how they become successful,

and I got to have a hand in teaching them how to become more successful.

Anybody who wants to learn, who has a good attitude and who can be on time

and carry around a clipboard in the to-do list all day. Getting that constant mentoring has been

the most rewarding because I learned more here than I could ever learn at college or any other job
