Creating systems for the business has created more time for me and my family

by knowing what's going on on the day today.

Instead of me trying to think about it and figure out every day,

I just plug what I got to do into the

system I was able to take a trip to Washington to see my daughter for a few

days without worrying about the business burning down yeah creating systems

has created more quality control by being able to go back instead of hey things

look great it's it's more like you know just going back and checking did this get

done this get done this was the plan in the morning now I could go back and say did it get done instead of get done, this was the plan in the morning, now I could go back and say,

did it get done instead of, you know, just kind of flying by the seat of your pants.

Creating systems has created better accountability because again with the quality control, you

not only see that it got done well, but that it got done.

Everyone knows what is expected of them, and then you can basically easily go back and

make sure that it got done.

It just, it takes the guess work out.

It's really helped free up my mind and my thinking instead of wondering and just creating a lot of chaos.

And it's just made it more organized.

I can't stress enough, I think it's that, you know, the employees know what their expectations are,

and then you just make sure that everything gets done.

I would say, you know, I imagine everybody who has a business wants things to go smoothly and to grow

and you know that's one thing that I can't stress enough that has helped
