Hey guys, this is Kelly Harnesson with American Document Shredding.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Marshall and play there at the Thrive 15 office.

Man, just being able to know where everything is going and where it's coming from. It's been a huge relief, stress off my shoulders,

just being able to look at a spreadsheet and say,

oh yeah, we made $800 off of $50 invested in Google, where before I would run advertising on the radio

and not even be able to tell you how much I made off of it.

And so it's been really exciting to help me get the processes in place to know where to spend

money and also know how much

I got left at the end of the month.

Being a small business owner, I've always just been a great operator and they're helping

me become a business owner and it's pretty exciting to feel in control of where everything's going instead of always running every direction all day long and feeling unaccomplished at the end of the day.

Now whenever I leave the office at the end of the day,

I've made sure I've entered everything into the spreadsheets

and the feeling of accomplishment has been fantastic.
