Hi, my name's Dan Honan. I'm from Columbus, Ohio.

I own a custom audio video and automation installation company.

So my main focus for coming here was to learn from a business standpoint what it takes to run a business.

I know how to do what I need to do, but I don't know how to go about getting more business

and keeping customers and the kind of business tasks that a business owner needs to know.

Well, gosh, so far the conference has been great.

First off, Clay and everyone else keeps it pretty fun.

There's a lot of humor and we have a lot of breaks.

So it makes being here all day very easy.

Some of the things that I've learned how to deal with people.

I'm not good with people. I'm not a person manager.

So I've learned some good tricks there.

I think those are the main things.

Clay's presentation style, like I just said, about how he keeps things fun,

and so high energy, I don't even have a word for what it is.

But again, he keeps it fun, he's fast, he's high energy,

but he teaches you with real scenarios,

actual things that have happened to him and his businesses,

and he has others at the conference

to say what's happened for real in their businesses so it's all it's all actual stuff that

happens not just some theoretical thing that you might run into well the atmosphere here's great

you can probably hear what's going on around me.
