Shout out to everybody who has ever attended West Point.

It is one of the top-notch training institutions

in the United States and in the world.

They're very buttoned up people.

I almost had to go and I'm with great respect to people who did go to West Point.

I don't know man, they got a lot of rules.

Exactly and when you got a lot of rules that means sometimes you gotta unwind and

sometimes that unwinding can get out of hand,

especially around the holidays.

You know, what do they call it?

R&R, Ben, which can very quickly

once you introduce spirits,

not the ghosty kinds, into the mix.

Oh yeah, eggnog, right?

This is the, this is the proverbial feather on the camel's back.

We've talked at great length about George Washington's famous eggnog recipe, growing up kind of a

square kid. I did not realize that eggnog uh, historically contains alcohol.

I was not aware of that.

Yeah, I mean, I grew up as just being a tasty treat, you know, for kids,

but as we also, a friend of the show and our crack producer Alex Williams,

hip-dust all too, George Washington has a very famous eggnog recipe
