comply with them. He committed a crime, and so we've referred him for prosecution on criminal

contempt. Now that might not mean a lot to him if you've got millions of dollars.

and it's clear that the president's momentum is flagging.

and perhaps a sense of business as usual in Washington, have pushed the president's approval ratings

down to below 45%. The fate of his presidency seems innordinately tied to the full court press to

enact the large spending bill that to date he can't quite get over the finish line. The January 6th

select committee stepped up its game this week. Steve Bannon defied his subpoena for both documents

and testimony, claiming executive privilege despite not having even been in the executive branch
