where the family of the victim is fighting for justice for the loved one that

was potentially murdered but never viewed by law enforcement as just that, murdered.

Well, we have to go back to July of 2018, where 48-year-old Larry Pajotko had been celebrating with friends after France beat

Belgium in the semi-finals of the World Cup.

See, Lara spoke French, her father was French, and she had just visited Paris a month prior, celebrating

her own birthday.

She was overjoyed that France was moving along nicely in the soccer competition

or football if you're from a different country.

And she returned from the bar

where she had been watching the game
