quite fantastic, but it's in the world of China's aggression towards our neighbors in East Asia.

And then, granted a very good evening to you.

The headline at first was easy to ignore because it looked like Hollywood.

CIA makes recruiting push for spies in China.

The spy agency, this is ABC, released Mandarin language videos aimed at

Chinese officials. I didn't see it until you commented on it, and then I looked at the videos.

These are Hollywood-scale videos presenting a scenario in about 60 seconds in which the one that I watched repeatedly,

a young Chinese Communist Party,

clerk who serves a well-to-do Chinese communist official who gets his own limousine,

thinks about what he's doing and what he can do to, I guess,

strengthen his nation.

And it's not to continue to serve the demands of the corrupt Chinese communist officials.

That's the best I can do for the story they tell. But the fact that

the CIA has made these videos and asked for news coverage so that we have around the world

this headline in all AP Reuters across Europe, AFP, all the language is translating it. That's the part I can't figure, Grant.

Why does the CIA want us to know that they're using Hollywood to recruit Chinese Communist Party

Good evening, John. Well, I've really got no idea. I'd be nice if the CIA would tell us why, but one couple of things that come to mind is that, you know, if you do put out an advertisement like this, telling Chinese officials to come betray their country, you can bet that it's going to upset the Chinese even more than they normally are, but it's going to

specifically turn up their counterintelligence effort. And it's going to make it even harder

for people that you already have working for you. So in that sense, it's a little bit, it's
