Solstice everyone Solstice, it's like my favorite time of the year.

Spring and summer are my favorite seasons and I am just

wanting to feel as bright and sunny and open as the summer sun.

This episode is pretty different.

It's going to have just a few personal shares from me. And then I have an

announcement that I hope you can pass on to a friend that you can send to your network because I'd really, really appreciate it.

You know, when I do the Patreon Minnesodes they're very free-ranging. I sit down, I channel, I have bullet points,

sometimes I don't make bullet points and I just share what's on my mind and what I've been working on or what has been coming through for me

personally or collectively that I think might be of use to other people in my Patreon.

And folks in the Patreon really love it.

It makes me feel like there's a beautiful community of people who are also dealing with all of their things.

And so I wanted to just share a couple of insights from where I'm at this year on this solstice.

And that's because the cross quarter days,

the solstices and the equinoxes,

not only are they a really beautiful time for ritual for connection to kind of

take stock of some of your intentions and your goals and really your life but they are a good time to collect yourself and think about what you have learned

or what you're integrating or how far you've come. At the equinoxes and the solstices, I think about this concept of Kronos versus Kyros time. Now what is that? I've been bringing

this up a lot lately. I might even write a sub-stack or a newsletter around it because I think that collectively we need to be

thinking more about this and I think collectively we're struggling with this. One of the most responded to
