Hello. For the entire month of September, before we get on with the podcast, I'm given a little

a recommendation of something that's worth sticking around for. I'm working with Calm. The campaign

against Levy, miserably, have been doing amazing work in the suicide and mental health area

for years now. But they always need more support

to be able to do the amazing work that they do. So I've got a link in the latest episode

descriptions to my TilTify. I'm trying to raise a load of money and you guys have been amazing.

We'd love to raise as much as we can but i'm

making a recommendation each week rather than it just be me popping on and saying give us some money

so we've had three three recommendations so far a tv show a podcast and a film and the fourth

recommendation of something that i think it's worth sticking around for.

Have you seen dogs?

Like, not a TV show or film, just dogs.

Because they're so good, man.

If you want to be specific, any time I spend some time with my dog, Finley, I post some pictures either in my Instagram story or on Discord. And it's weird that this is the one that's genuinely making me the most emotional

to talk about because, oh man, just spending time with that little legend genuinely is something that's worth a living for.

If I'm ever feeling down or rough or having a bad week, there's been numerous times.

I've been in a really dark place and I've happened, it's happened to line up with when I'm getting a few days away with Finley.

And yeah, it's absolutely been a godsend. So, yeah, my fourth and final recommendation for the month of September

is dogs in general, specifically Finley, but dogs in general, man. They're great. They're beautiful.
