I can't say often enough how on the right and the left you have a whole bunch of politicians

who are more concerned about

followers than constituents. Their constituents are the people who they are supposed to answer to,

but they answer to their followers, many of whom don't live in their district have no concern

beyond signaling their tribal loyalty online. And this has been bad, this has been very bad

for democracy.
