But you, I'm not calling you two dogs.

In our world, that's a compliment.

That's right. So as I said before, I'm Professor Tom Byers and one of the, one of the host

of the E.TL series throughout the year, and it's my special honor today to welcome a couple of people. First of all, on my right, your left

is Michael Deering, who is going to be the interviewer today, and that's been our format lately,

as you've noticed, for those of you who have been coming and those of you watching. Michael

is an ex-Ebay executive, Brown graduate,

but we're so blessed that lately he's been doing a good bit of teaching for us here at Stanford

and both the Design Institute or D-School

as well as the Stanford Technology of Interest Program.

He's currently teaching a class with Bob Sutton,

and I love this name, Innovation in Complex Organizations.

So Michael, thanks for coming today and working with us.
