So tell us first, how did you become interested in film and just a little bit about your

experience in the film and television industry.

Oh, I'm happy to. And thank you for the invitation. I love sharing about the media. It's been

the world I've lived within for three decades now, as a Christian the entire time. It really

goes back to my college days, and it's coincidental now that I'm a college dean, this was the pivotal moment in my own

life. I thought I wanted to be an attorney because my dad was and he was great at it from what he

told me. I love it. No, he actually was excellent and I thought, well, if dad can do it, I can do it.

But my heart wasn't in it.
