Get out a pen and paper, write these down there, five reasons that worldly fitness doesn't work. I know you're frustrated. I know that you have probably tried everything and you might be even thinking that you just don't have enough willpower. But girl, that isn't it? And this episode is for you. Okay, let's get to the problem. We're going to jump in right away. Let's be real. Okay, we try the fitness plans, right? We are looking for that answer. We cut carbs. We track every calorie. We maybe even punish ourselves for eating the wrong thing by promising to work out, right?
