In Alabama, HB1 is a medical bill.

The first bill that they put in would make it a felony to treat transgender young people

and would force school employees and administrators to out anyone who's trans or questioning in their schools to their parents.

That is the first thing that was on the agenda in Alabama.

And we have so many people who don't have jobs, who are going to face eviction, who can barely

put food on the table, who are suffering greatly in this pandemic.

what are your reaction to the events of the last week, the coup in Washington

and the way Trump seems to be being dragged, kicking and screaming and bloodily from the White

House?

It's pretty predictable.

I think that we've seen this coming for the last four years.

This is the exit that I imagined.
