joined by my co-host Matt Fortuna today, special guests, former Notre Dame walk-on receiver

and former Notre Dame walk-on since he went on scholarship, Chris Fink. We wanted to have him on the show

for a while. But the fact there was an actual fox on a college football field really put that,

kind of spoke that into existence. Chris, I guess first, thanks for taking time to us catch people

up on kind of what you're up to as you're sort of kind of going through the NFL grind,

trying to stay with it and catch on. Yeah. First of all, thank you guys for having me on the show.

I really appreciate it.

It should be fun getting to talk some Notre Dame football with you guys.

But, yeah, so basically I'm in my second year trying to play in the NFL.

Kind of been plagued by injuries a little bit here and there.

So I had recovered from, you know, any injuries I had after the first year.

I was feeling really good.

It was with the Kansas City Chiefs all summer and playing well.

And, you know, then just went to training camp and got hurt again.

So I got let go and pretty much since then been rehabbing and staying in shape

and hoping I get another

chance this season. It's pretty volatile. We'll see if anything comes through, you know,

teams work out guys throughout the year. You know, having missed the preseason, that definitely

hurts me because there's no film out there for me. But, you know, I'm still working at it,

not giving up yet, and staying in shape
