Today, we're looking at the magic of special effects. To help us do that, we have a very talented

special effects supervisor we've had the pleasure of working with. He's a frequent collaborator

with directors Sam Mendes and Christopher Nolan and has worked on many challenging movies including

many James Bond movies, too many to list and two Star Wars films. We're excited to talk with Chris

Corbalt today. Chris, thank you for doing this. Welcome. It's my pleasure, my pleasure. I'm glad you

didn't say that from special effects. I do have some sensitivity. We'd like to start with just a

question of how did you get to where you are today? What was the path that you took? Did you go

down another path and then find this or did you know at age five you wanted to do special effects?

What's your story? I didn't know what I was going to do when I was at school. I think I was

back in my career's advisors. They really didn't know what to do and I was going through the motions

of taking all my GCEO levels and then my uncle came along. He was a special effects supervisor
