Doing well over here, Gino. How about yourself?

I'm doing good, Josh. We've got a great guest today, but first, I want to talk about what we've

been doing the last couple months. What do we got coming up in October?

Well, we have our live event this year. It's going to be our second annual

live event. It's actually going to be a big turnout. We're expecting between three to 350,

maybe even 400 guests. You know, tell me a little bit more about it and why they should come.

Well, Guy we got on today, Omar Conn is one of the speakers there. And we've been highlighting

our speakers for the last few months on our podcast just to show you the quality of speakers we have there. It's all about buying right, manager, right, and financing, right,

the whole three-legged framework of our multifamily series. And I'm excited to have it. I've had it

Nashville because it's on a lot of people's bucket list, right, Josh? It's a great town, weekend.

We're going to have a lot of fun. My whole family is going to be

there. So you're going to be able to meet our six kids. My wife is going to be there. The kids

are going to be in the back selling a little bit of swag. So we're going to have a good time.
