Tell me the origins of it.

So my great-great-grandfather basically said, well, we're not going to keep this other man's name.

And I'm changing it.

So it was rich at first, and he took off the C-H-E and put an X.

So I guess that was his militant self, yes.

All right.

So where are your people's from?

Memphis, Tennessee, but specifically my dad's paternal Woodstock, which is an area near Millington.

So kind of a country area, a lot of land, that sort of deal. So yeah,

so Memphis, Tennessee is where we're out of, though. Okay. So you got partnerships with a whole

lot of people doing a whole lot of things. But let's go all the way back to the first

chocolate thing that you made. And then the first time you thought it could be a business.
