I'm Kathy Maister. Chocolate chip pancakes are such a treat.

Today, we're making them from scratch.

That means no box mix.

This recipe will make six four-inch pancakes.

In a medium

bowl, whisked together, three-fourths cup of white flour, one and one-half tablespoons
